Franko & Tonia Hornsby, after 15 years serving Pastor Rod Aguilard at Reserve Church in
LaPlace LA, heard  the call of God to plant a church in the Jackson, MS metro area.  

In September of 2005 Life Church held it’s first service in a movie theater in Flowood.

They served faithfully and God moved mightily through their ministry over the next 18 years.

Pastor Franko gained his  Heavenly reward in June 2023.  

Tonia remains a faithful servant to Life Church. 

In January 2024,  Pastor Bryan & Nikki Butts, were set in as Lead Pastors. As Life Church founding members, Bryan and Nikki relocated from Florida in 2005 and were present to help Pastor Franko  launch Life Church's first service at the theater.  They  served  as elders  for many years.

Pastor Bryan aims to carry on the legacy of Frank Hornsby and the mission and vision of Life Church.
