The Resurrection Power

The Resurrection Power

Reading: Acts 2:25-32

Devotional:
"But God raised Him from the dead." These four words change everything. What looked like an ending became a new beginning. Death couldn't hold Jesus because God had already declared His victory. Peter pointed to David's tomb—still occupied—and contrasted it with Jesus' empty grave.

You may be facing situations that look finished, relationships that seem dead, dreams that appear buried. But the same resurrection power that raised Jesus is available to you today.

God specializes in "but God" moments—those divine interruptions where He rewrites the ending. Your situation may say "dead," but God says "alive." The question isn't whether God can resurrect what's been lost; it's whether you'll believe He will. Stop looking at the tomb and start looking at the empty grave.

Reflection: What area of your life needs a "but God" moment? How can you shift from focusing on the death to expecting resurrection?
